A shonky mechanic. Lied to me about his ability to properly diagnose and repair my motor vehicle e.g. installed the wrong air filter in a basic service, lied to me about an intermittent power problem to get money out of me which required an auto electrician to fix, replaced an alternator which later turned out not to be the cause of the starting problem. Refused to give me a refund for his faulty work. Treated me like an idiot because I am a woman.
