Tamborine Mountain Barnyard is a Tourist Facility – “Farmyard Experience with ancillary Café, Homewares and Gifts”. The facility will be open to the public for petting/feeding of
animals. There will be approximately twelve (12) animals which includes a mixture of silky chickens, ducklings, miniature goats, horses, sheep and alpacas. Access to the animals will be limited to the paddock labelled as ‘access only pen’ on the proposal plans.
Ancillary to the barnyard will be a café with homewares and gifts (i.e. homemade soy candles and goats milk soaps) for purchase. The café will serve light refreshments. The Barnyard will operate seven (7) days a week between the hours of 7:00am – 5:00pm.
